Available Ohio Health Insurance Plans
The HSA 100 medical insurance plan offers deductibles ranging from twenty-two hundred dollars to ten thousand dollars. These plans include one hundred percent coverage on emergency room visits, lab and x-ray services, office visits, surgery, prescriptions, and preventative care. Mental health services are covered up to eighty percent. A Health Savings Account Saver plan is available with services including hospital visits, lab and x-ray services, and surgery.
The Plan 80 and 100 health care plans have deductibles ranging from fifteen hundred to five thousand dollars. The co-pays involved in these health insurance plans are between zero and twenty percent for preventative services, office visits, x-ray services, prescriptions, surgery, dialysis, chemotherapy, inpatient care, and ER services.
The Saver 80 medical care plan offers deductibles from five hundred to five thousand dollars. A twenty percent co-pay is required up to three thousand dollars per year for surgery, dialysis, chemotherapy, inpatient care, and ER services. Additional co-pays apply for doctor visits. Child immunizations are not covered. There is limited x-ray coverage and a prescription discount card is included in the plan.

Other Health Care Options Available
Short term insurance plans are available for those temporarily unemployed, switching employment, or starting school. Golden Rule also offers dental and vision discount plans, prescription drug card plans, and a variety of co-payment plans with limited coverage.
