Available Ohio Health Insurance Plans
Kaiser Health Savings Account plans have deductibles of twenty-five hundred or five thousand dollars available for individuals and five thousand or ten thousand dollars for families. After the deductible is met, office visits, prenatal care, specialty appointments, radiation, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, surgery, lab and x-ray services, hospital stays, and urgent care are all covered one hundred percent. Co-pays for preventative care start at no cost and go up to fifteen dollars. Formulary prescription drugs are covered one hundred percent. Some substance dependency services are covered, but mental health services are not covered. Some dental benefits are also included.
Co-payment health care plans are available with no deductibles. Co-pays begin at twenty dollars and can reach as high as five hundred dollars for things such as inpatient hospital stays and inpatient maternity care. Several prescription drug options are available. Some include small deductibles, others do not, and co-pays start at twenty-five dollars. Vision coverage and dental benefits are included. Mental health and chemical dependency services are covered under some of these medical insurance plans.

Deductibles range from five hundred dollars to one thousand dollars for individuals and one thousand dollars to two thousand dollars for families. Co-pays start at fifteen dollars and increase from there. Vision coverage and dental benefits are included. Prescription drug coverage involves a fifteen dollar co-pay for formulary generic prescriptions and a thirty dollar co-pay for formulary brand-name prescriptions. Mental health and substance dependency services are not available with these health care plans.
